  • Key Responsibilities
    • Assistance in monitoring Production Output
    • Manpower deployment and job allocation.
    • Assistance in Production Planning as per stock level /requirement.
    • Maintain machine utilization report.
    • Quality/Quantity checking under production stage.
    • Wastage control and housekeeping.
    • Instruction to maintenance personnel for proper setting of the machine as per requirement and try to minimize break down maintenance.
    • Write down of daily maintenance work done, maintain machine history card, spare parts used and maintain inventory of spare parts.
    • Assisting in recording and reporting the daily production output and weight of rejection quantity of materials.
    • Diplomatically handling of the shift operators in shop-floor.
    • Any other work as per company’s requirement.
  • Desired Skills
    • On job training in the first month.
    • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities including machine maintenance and quality control of the products.
    • To achieve daily targeted production with good quality by fully optimising the use of resources i.e. raw materials, manpower and machine.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
    • Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 2-3 years of workshop /shop floor experience in any engineering Industry / Pin manufacturing industry
    • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer fresh /1-2 years of experience
